Questions lenders ask
Who is the Lender Partnership for?
Private money and hard money lenders who work with brokers and want more of them to know their programs.
Do you promise a number of deals or loans?
No. We introduce you to the network. Whether brokers send you deals, and whether those deals close, depends on your programs, your guidelines and the deals our members have.
Does PMB Network make loans or pay broker fees?
No. PMB Network is an education and networking community. We are not a lender or a broker. Each lender sets its own broker registration, broker agreement and pay terms, and any broker fee is paid by the lender funding the loan under its own agreement.
Do lender partners join the daily broker calls?
No. The daily calls are for broker members. Lender partners get their own Lender Spotlight calls, where we bring the community to you.
Do brokers have to use my company?
No. Our members may work with any lender they choose. A partnership introduces you; it does not make you the only option.
How is it billed, and can I cancel?
$499 every three months, plus a 3% card processing fee, charged automatically. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded. Billing questions go to hello@pmbnetwork.com.

A Lender Partnership does not guarantee any number of introductions, deal submissions, loans, closings or income. Brokers choose the lenders they work with. Each lender is responsible for its own underwriting, broker agreements, compensation, licensing and compliance with the laws that apply to it.
