Effective date: October 16, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of pmbnetwork.com (the “Site”) and the membership community, events and live calls offered by Private Money Broker Network Inc, a Delaware corporation (“PMB Network,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, creating an account or joining as a member, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the membership. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The membership
PMB Network is a membership community for private money brokers. What the membership includes is described on pmbnetwork.com at the time you join.
We may add, change or remove resources, call schedules and platforms over time.
3. Education and networking only, not a lender
PMB Network is a community and education service. We are not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator, and we do not make loans or promise that any loan will be approved, funded or closed. Any lender you work with, including our affiliated lenders, reviews loans under its own underwriting.
4. Licensing is your responsibility
Rules for brokering or arranging loans and receiving broker fees differ by state and by type of loan. Some activities may require a license. You are responsible for learning and following the laws, licensing rules and lender requirements that apply to you.
5. No legal, tax or financial advice
Community content, calls and resources are general education and discussion. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. Content posted by other members is their own opinion. Talk to your own advisors before acting.
6. Results disclaimer
We do not promise that you will earn any specific amount, or any money at all, or close any deal. Any income, fee or deal examples, including member stories, are examples only and are not typical or expected results. Your results depend on your effort, experience, network, market conditions, lender guidelines and the deals you find. You may earn nothing.
7. Price and billing
Membership is $79 a month. You are billed monthly, on the date of the month you joined. Your membership renews automatically each month, and you authorize us and our payment processors, Stripe or Chase, to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. No sales tax is charged on the membership.
We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
If a payment fails, we may pause your access until your account is current.
8. Cancellation and no refunds
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the cancellation process published on Mighty Networks, our community platform. Cancelling stops future charges, as provided by Mighty Networks. Whether access continues after you cancel is as provided by Mighty Networks.
No refunds. All membership fees are non-refundable. No refund is given for any reason, including if your membership is ended for a violation of these Terms or our community rules.
Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If you file a chargeback instead, we may suspend your access while it is resolved.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Your membership is for you alone. Do not share your login, and do not let others attend calls or view content under your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared.
10. Community and event conduct
Our community (on Mighty Networks), live calls (on Zoom) and events (including those booked through Eventbrite) are for members to learn and connect. When you take part, you agree to:
- Be respectful. No harassment, threats or hate speech.
- Not misrepresent yourself, your experience, your licenses or a deal.
- Not spam, or sell or solicit other members without permission.
- Not share another member’s or a borrower’s private or confidential information. Remove borrower names and identifying details from deal scenarios.
- Not post anything false, misleading, illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Not record, copy or share calls or community content outside the community.
Call recordings. Member calls are recorded. Recordings are stored on Vimeo and shared with members in the community. We keep summaries and transcripts of calls in our files. Teaching calls more than one year old may be published publicly, for example on YouTube. By joining a call, you agree that your name, image, voice and chat may appear in the recording, summary and transcript. Do not share confidential deal details or personal details on a call if you do not want them recorded.
We may remove content and suspend or end membership for anyone who breaks these rules. If we end membership for a violation of these Terms or our community rules, no refund is owed.
Deals and referrals between members are between those members. PMB Network is not a party to them and is not responsible for them.
11. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and use it to run the community. Except for call recordings as described in section 10, we will not use your name, image or story in advertising without your separate permission.
12. Intellectual property
The Site, member resources, recordings, templates and the PMB Network name and logo belong to PMB Network or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use member resources for your own business while you are a member. You may not copy, resell, share or publish them.
13. Text messages and email
If you give us your mobile number and agree, we may send account notices, event reminders, membership updates and, only with your separate consent, promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.
14. Third-party platforms
We use third-party platforms such as Mighty Networks, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Zoom and Vimeo. Their own terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
15. Disclaimers
The Site, membership, community, calls and events are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that any loan will close, any fee will be earned, or that the Site will be error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PMB Network and its owners, employees, hosts and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost deals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless PMB Network and its owners, employees, hosts and agents from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your business activities, your dealings with borrowers, lenders or other members, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
18. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that section 19 allows (a small claims case, a request for an injunction, or an action to enforce an arbitration award) will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
19. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@pmbnetwork.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or the membership will be resolved by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, except as stated in this section. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules and decided by one arbitrator. It will be held in Delaware or by video.
Who decides what is arbitrated. The arbitrator decides all questions about whether a dispute must go to arbitration, including the scope, validity and enforceability of this section.
Small claims. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies there.
Intellectual property. Either side may ask a court for an injunction to stop misuse of its intellectual property.
No class actions and no jury. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in a class action, class arbitration or other representative action. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis.
Enforcing an award. Either side may go to court to enforce an arbitration award.
20. Changes
We may change these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any change to price or refund terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
